Alas Poor Instapot! Farewell To A Plastics-Safe Cooker

The company owning Instapot filed for bankruptcy in June, 2022. However, because of its popularity, it will probably still be available once the court action is over. It happens to be one of the most useful and versatile appliances for greatly reduced plastic contamination of food.
